Short & Accurate Healthy Diet Plan (+ videos on cancer treatment)

Health
Even though I do not follow the following plan completely, it is not due to lack of confidence in it's effectiveness, I believe this is the most accurate/commonsense health advice for increasing well-being as well as preventing disease like cancer.  For more info on getting healthy and protecting your freedom to use natural medicine, check out: http://www.holistichealthtopics.com/HMG/default.html

If you did the following, your health and well-being would improve dramatically:

o Consume a diet that focuses on whole, organic, unprocessed foods (whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, seeds, etc.)
o Be sure the air in your home/work is as fresh and clean as possible (good circulation, filtered).
o Drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water (filtered, without fluoride if possible) daily.  Brush AND floss your teeth daily.
o Avoid body-care products, household cleaning products, lawn care products, clothing, furnishing (especially beds/blankets/pillows) that contain toxic ingredients.
o Reduce (or eliminate, if possible) use of animal products (meat and dairy), tobacco, alcohol and coffee.
o Instead of coffee, try the many varieties of Organic herbal tea available (White Tea is especially healthy).
o Avoid soft drinks completely, especially those containing aspartame.
o Avoid white bread, rice, refined flour and refined sugar products. They are devoid of essential nutrients, including omega-3 essential fatty acids and others. Eat whole grains, etc.
o Avoid margarine and all commercial cooking oils. Use Vegan Butter and Organic cold pressed Olive oil instead.
o Consume a multi-vitamin/mineral supplement (with cancer fighting vitamin B17, or obtain it from a natural source like raw apricot/apple seeds) & organic Hemp Seed Oil and/or Flax Seed Oil daily for all the Omega fatty acids (fish meat/oil can be toxic and hemp/flax have all the Omegas: 3,6 and 9). Concentrated marijuana oil is an effective anti-cancer treatment that can be taken orally or topically as well.

    • 1931 Otto Warburg won a Nobel Prize for showing that cancer thrives in anaerobic, without oxygen, or acidic, conditions.

    • Research by Keith Brewer, PhD and H.E. Satori has shown that raising the pH, or oxygen content, range of a cell to pH 8.0 creates a deadly environment for cancer.

    • This information has been available for over 70 years but it is certainly not "Common Knowledge" it has been buried in favor of more “profitable” treatments.

    • Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments accounted for more than $360 billion dollars in the United States last year. If the same number of patients were treated with pH therapy the cost would have been much less than $1 million.

  • As long ago as 1925, two-time Nobel Prize winner Dr. Otto Warburg found that cancer cells are anaerobic; meaning they thrive only in a low-oxygen state. Cesium and Calcium make your body less acidic, in other words they raise your body pH, which cancer cells can't thrive in.  Cesium is nature's most alkaline mineral capable of significantly raising the pH of malignant cells until the cancer cells die --- usually within days.

o Avoid unnecessary pharmaceutical drugs, as well as vaccines that may contain toxins. For most cases, try the natural medicine/treatment before drugs or surgery.
o Perform a parasite, colon, kidney, and liver cleanse at least once a year. (It's recommend that you do the colon cleanse and the parasite cleanse first, followed by the kidney cleanse and then the liver cleanse.)
o Minimize radiation exposure (cell phones, wireless internet, power lines, TV/computers, radon gas, etc.)
o Get regular exercise (at least one hour, three times a week).Perform a relaxation exercise (yoga, meditation, tai chi, visualization, prayer, etc.) at least 10 minutes each day.

Debunking the Top 2 Myths on Why You Must Eat Meat to be Healthy

Posted on Jan 22nd, 2009 by Satyagrahi : silence is complicity Satyagrahi
The 2 things most people think of when they hear someone promoting veganism is, “I wont get enough complete protein” & “I wont get enough vitamin B12”.  I discovered both of these myths are untrue.  Please share this with others.

1) Hemp seeds, Soy, Spirulina
, Amaranth, Buckwheat and Quinoa are COMPLETE PROTEINS, it's a lie that you need to eat meat to get all the protein you need.  Eating meat is another act of common violence in society normalized through deception (like wars based on lies); humans are scientifically shown to be herbivores.

“Protein [0] is essential for many bodily processes, including building and repairing tissue. You use protein [1] to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Plus, your hair and nails are mostly made up of protein. It is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin [1], and blood.

Protein is made of smaller components called amino acids, 12 of which are manufactured by the human body. Another 9, called essential amino acids [2], must be obtained from food.

A complete protein [3] or whole protein is a protein that contains all of the essential amino acids.

Vegetarians will be happy to know that complete proteins can also be obtained through certain plants, such as soy [3], spirulina, hemp seed, amaranth, buckwheat, and my fave quinoa [3].

Foods can be combined to make complete proteins like pairing beans with rice or corn. There are other combinations [4] as well. Beans and seeds, beans and nuts [4], and beans and grains will form a complete protein. When you eat hummus [4] and pita bread, nut butter [4] on whole grain bread, pasta with beans [4], veggie burgers on bread, split pea soup with whole grain bread, and tortillas [4] with refried beans, you are eating complete proteins.

Fit's Tips: Recent studies [5] show that the beans and the grains don't even need to be eaten at the same meal, so if you eat beans for lunch and rice with dinner, you've got yourself a complete protein. You may spread your food combination over a 2-day [6] period.
