What a wonderful segment!!!  Yes, when anyone mentions “Habeas Corpus” others in the room may say “Hay-what???”

But this one single right guaranteed in our federal and each state Constitution … is the very foundation on which all our other rights are built.  This was inherited from English Common Law and is the same, I'm sure, in all Commonwealth nations as well.

To lose this guaranteed right … was something I thought I'd never live to see.  How we take our rights for granted.
